据欧亚资源集团官网10月19日刊载的报道，欧亚资源集团旗下铁合金生产商卡兹赫罗姆跨国公司股份公司计划于2026—2027年，恢复“哈萨克苏维埃社会主义共和国40周年”矿床杜别尔赛区段露天矿的开采作业，短期内回采该区段已批准的铬铁矿储量。
该露天矿位于阿克托别州赫罗姆套市东北方向，紧邻卡兹赫罗姆跨国公司股份公司分支机构顿斯科伊采选联合企业的工业与交通基础设施。
杜别尔赛区段过去长期采用露天方式开采。目前露天开采已停止，坑底以下的剩余储量由青年矿以地下方式开采。
