Total area 3,987.39 hectares, including the historical centre, administrative and business centre, industrial zone (400 hectares in total), airport, and greenfield project area. The regional investment portal lists zero rates of corporate income tax, land tax, property tax and VAT, and exemption from import customs duties for resident companies; land lease terms up to 25 years; and "one-stop shop" services from the management company.
