Privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers tumah.kz (news, projects, events, business services, questions and forms) and the platform’s messaging channels. Operator details will be added once confirmed.

What we collect

• What you submit: company, contact person, phone, WeChat, e-mail and request details in enquiry, registration and application forms.
• Your questions and our answers. Names and contact details are removed before they are stored.
• Anonymous analytics: pages, referrer, device type, browser, approximate region. The visitor id is a salted hash whose salt changes every two days; IP addresses are not stored.
• Essential cookies: your interface language (ih-lang) and a sign-in session for staff. No advertising cookies.

How we use it

To answer your request, pass it to providers you agreed to, and follow up on service quality; to improve the knowledge base; to prevent abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limits).

AI models

Reference answers may use a third-party language model. It receives only the question text and knowledge-base content, never contact details.

Who can see your data

Platform staff, by role, with audit logging. Providers, only with your consent. The site and database run on Cloudflare (Workers, D1). We do not sell personal data.

Storage and retention

Personal data is kept in the platform database (Cloudflare D1). Retention periods will be stated once confirmed; you can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Use the “Tell us” form on the homepage and mark it “privacy request”.
